Membership
in Top of the Hill Association is open to residents of the neighborhood
roughly defined as enclosed by or adjacent to Memorial Boulevard
and Kay Street, and Bellevue and Gibbs Avenues in Newport.
Member Benefits
Members are invited to attend, at no
charge, the Annual Holiday Party and the Annual Meeting. Other
member events will be scheduled each year by the Events and
Community committees. There may be a fee to attend
some of the additional events.
Annual Dues
Dues are designed to cover the cost of the Annual Holiday
Party and Annual Meeting, all member communications including
invitations and enrollment efforts, and
the maintenance of a member database and website.
• $15 for a one person household
• $20 for a two person household
